DeLand Airport Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Plan

DeLand Municipal Airport-Sidney H. Taylor Field is one of 3,304 airports in the U.S. that is part of the National Plan of Integrated Airport Systems (NPIAS) as administered by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Airports included in the NPIAS are eligible for FAA Airport Improvement Program (AIP) grants funds. As a recipient of FAA AIP grant funding, the Airport must have an approved Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program on file with the FAA if they receive AIP assistance for airport planning or development that involves the award of prime contracts exceeding a cumulative amount of $250,000 in one fiscal year.

The FAA requires that the Airport's AIP DBE goal be calculated on a triennial basis consistent with 49 CFR Part 26, Participation by Disadvantaged Business Enterprises in Department of Transportation Financial Assistance Programs, and publicly accessible.
