Building and Impact Fees

Permits will not be accepted without the appropriate (non-refundable) submittal fee of $30 for residential ($100 effective Feb. 17th, 2026) and $50 for commercial ($200 effective Feb. 17th, 2026) being paid.
Building inspection fees and City impact fees (water, sewer, police, fire, government buildings, and parks and recreation impact fees) are collected when the permit is issued.
