Duties & Responsibilities The duties and responsibilities of the TRC shall include:
Reviewing applications for Subdivision and Site Plans for buildings over 40,000 square feet (sq. ft.) for recommendation to the planning board or city commission. Approving applications for Minor Subdivision and Site plans for buildings under 40,000 sq. ft. Reviewing applications for Special Exceptions, Planned Development (PD) rezoning, and variances.
